Frequently asked questions
Can you fit it into a glass sliding door?
No, glass cut-ins need a specialist glazier; we install into timber, hollow-core, panel doors and non-structural walls.
Do you supply the pet door or do I buy one?
Either — we can supply a standard pet door or fit a unit you've already bought.
Will it look neat on both sides?
Yes, trim and paint touch-up around the cut-in is included so it finishes cleanly on both faces.
Can you cut through a brick veneer wall?
No, cutting into brick or a load-bearing wall is outside our scope — timber, panel and stud walls only.
How long does installation take?
Most door cut-ins are a same-visit job of 1–2 hours.
